- **Design Plans**: After the consultation, we will provide a detailed design plan, including layouts, color schemes, and material recommendations. The design plan may be subject to revisions based on your feedback.
**3. Project Execution**
- **Scope of Work**: The scope of work, including all deliverables, timelines, and costs, will be outlined in a written contract signed by both parties.
- **Changes and Revisions**: Any changes to the agreed-upon scope of work must be documented and may incur additional costs and time.
- **Subcontractors**: We may engage subcontractors or third-party vendors to perform certain aspects of the project. We will ensure that all subcontractors adhere to our standards and quality.
**4. Payments**
- **Payment Schedule**: Payment terms, including deposits, installment payments, and final payment, will be specified in the contract.
- **Late Payments**: Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the contract. Continued non-payment may result in project delays or termination.
- **Refunds**: Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
**5. Client Responsibilities**
- **Accurate Information**: You agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your project requirements and preferences.
- **Access**: You will provide us with access to the project site and any necessary permissions to perform our work.
- **Timely Decisions**: You agree to make timely decisions and provide feedback to avoid project delays.
**6. Intellectual Property**
- **Ownership**: We retain all intellectual property rights to the design plans, concepts, and materials we create. Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the designs for the specified project.
- **Usage**: You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs for any other projects or purposes without our prior written consent.
**7. Confidentiality**
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the project. This includes design concepts, business strategies, and personal information.
**8. Warranties and Disclaimers**
- **Quality of Work**: We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards.
- **Third-Party Products**: We do not warrant the quality or performance of products sourced from third-party vendors. Any warranties for these products are provided by the respective manufacturers.
**9. Limitation of Liability**
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tetriix Enterprise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific project.
**10. Termination**
Either party may terminate the contract with written notice if the other party breaches any material term and fails to cure the breach within a specified period. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the termination date.
**11. Governing Law**
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates.
**12. Changes to Terms**
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
